We’re Offering Virtual Visits!

This is a challenging time for us all, but we felt strongly about continuing to provide quality care to our patients.

As we all take the necessary steps to practice social distancing, our providers are offering secure online video visits to all of our patients. If you truly need to be seen in-person our office will work with you to make arrangements.

Our phone lines are open, and you may schedule an online visit with your provider by calling our office during our usual business hours. We will also be managing pharmacy requests for refills and medication concerns remotely.

In addition to online video visits, our providers are keeping in touch with patients through the patient portal. You may continue using the portal for non-urgent matters.

We look forward to providing continuous care for your digestive needs.

[accordion]
• Convenient access to your provider
 • Less time away from work
 • Improved work/life balance
 • Privacy
 • No exposure to other potentially contagious patients

Of course not! Your doctor is in the business of providing the highest quality of care possible. In a lot of cases for simple follow-ups, a tele-medicine appointment is a better alternative so you can see your doctor face-to-face, rather than a phone call.

Video visits are typically covered by your regular health insurance – you’ll enter a credit card before the appointment and will be charged the same co-pay as an in-person visit.

In some cases, practice self-pay rates may apply.

You can use a computer, tablet, or smartphone (iPhone, iPad, and Android devices). Search for “Chiron Health” in the app store on your mobile device, or click here to log in on your computer.

At the time of your appointment, WiFi or a wired connection is strongly preferred for a great video visit experience, just like FaceTime!
