Connie Hwang was born in Glendale, CA and attended UCLA for her undergraduate degree. She moved to Boston in 2016 to attend the dual Physician Assistant/Masters of Public Health Program at Tufts University School of Medicine. Connie received her Board Certification as a Physician Assistant from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and then moved back to her home state. Prior to joining the team at Oxnard and Camarillo, she practiced Family Medicine in Boston, MA.

In her spare time, Connie enjoys spending time with her husband and attempting to make delicious vegan recipes in hopes of keeping her New Year’s resolution of going plant-based for one year.
